We are open Monday and Wednesday each week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment patients walk in the door. We will make sure to answer any questions and address all concerns that patients may have. Upon scheduling an appointment, we will need new patients to fill out a “New Patient Form” either at home or in our office. Patients can print the form out at home and fill out before arriving for the appointment or fill one out at our office on the day of the appointment. For new patients, we will need current insurance, medical history, current health condition (reason for seeking treatment) and other information about the patient.
During the appointment, we will take all of this information into account and develop a personalized treatment plan for the patient. It can be easy for patients to assume that chiropractic issues just need a massage and some painkillers for treatment. However, many chiropractic issues require multiple appointments for treatment and painkillers will only mask the symptoms. We can provide the necessary treatment to help produce permanent results without the need for consistent medication.
